FOC member is new IARU Region 3 chairman

    ZL2AZ, Peter has been appointed Chairman of IARU Region 3 by the directors in IARU Region 3. He replaces VK3KI, who passed away unexpectedly last month. Peter says he will be very QRL until December and will not be very QRV until then.
