The 36th FOC Florida Dinner will be held at the Holiday Inn Orlando Airport on December 4, 5 and 6, 2026
Always a well-attended and exciting event with local dining events on Thursday and Friday evenings, FOC and member programs on Saturday, and an outstanding buffet dinner Saturday evening. W4FOC will be on the air and available for attendees to operate from the hotel.
Free hotel parking, a shuttle between the airport and hotel, and daily breakfast for 2 are included in the $135.00 per night plus tax. Group room rates are available for the period 12/2 – 12/6 for attendees who wish to arrive earlier and/or depart later.
Guests can use this reservation link to make reserve rooms online, or may call 1-800-465-4329 and reference group code FCC to get the group rate. The reservation cut-off date is Sunday, November 1, 2026.
There will be special presentations by members that are interesting as well as entertaining.
A $100.00 per-attendee event fee covers the Saturday dinner, hotel IT and networking assistance (to enable remote station functionality), and other services charged by the hotel to the FOC representative for the event. To ensure sufficient funds to cover the dinner, conference room rental, and additional expenses, the fee must be sent to Dick Baxter before an attendee is added to the “list.” This fee applies to all attendees participating in the Saturday night dinner and other scheduled events, whether staying at the hotel or lodging off-site.

2025 WEEKEND
The 35th FOC Florida Dinner was held at the Holiday Inn Orlando Airport on December 5, 6 and 7, 2025.
Always a well-attended and exciting event with local dining events on Thursday and Friday evenings, FOC and member programs on Saturday, and an outstanding buffet dinner Saturday evening. There were special presentations by members that were interesting as well as entertaining. Members were also able to operate a remote HF station from the hotel. 2024 WEEKEND
The 34th FOC Florida Dinner was held at the Holiday Inn Orlando Airport November 15, 16 and 17, 2024.This date was earlier than in former years because the hotel was fully booked the first week in December.
Always a well attended and exciting event with local dining events on Thursday and Friday evenings, FOC and member programs on Saturday, and an outstanding buffet dinner Saturday evening. As always, W4FOC was on the air and available for attendees to operate from the hotel.
