STARTERS

Roasted parsnip & Bramley apple soup (V)

Rosemary Oil.

Pea & baby spinach risotto (V)

Yuzu mascarpone, tarragon oil, dressed pea shoots.

Herb Panko breaded English brie (V)

Roasted beetroot puree, rocket & pear salad, toasted walnuts.

Roasted lamb rump

Colcannon potato, buttered carrot puree, tenderstem broccoli, rosemary pan jus.

Maple roasted duck breast

Sautéed potatoes, cavolo nero, swede fondant, blackcurrant & port sauce.

Grilled Atlantic cod fillet

Ratatouille vegetables, chive mash, scorched cherry tomatoes, pancetta cream.

Pan fried gnocchi (V)

Mushroom, peas & baby onion, white wine cream.
